The venue was truly exceptional, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was UNBEATABLE really close to store, the shops in St Austell, and local pub. My bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was incredibly comfortable. I was here for 1 day and would stay here again without hesitation.

This place is in a great location, right next to shops and the main road connecting St Austell and the city center.

The rooms were spotlessly clean with a glorious rainfall shower, it felt like home. the hotel is located in the heart of the city.

The room was impeccably clean and had useful facilities like a kettle, central heating, and a TV. I loved the central location of the B&B; it was perfect and conveniently situated in the heart of the city. the proximity to a multi-purpose stadium just 1 km away was a great bonus.

The place was clean and cosy, and the shared bathroom was comfortable.

During my 4-night stay, I had a lovely double room with a fantastic rainfall shower 🚿. I really appreciated the free toiletries provided - it was a nice touch. the staff here were extremely friendly and made me feel right at home.

Nice view of the garden from the room, which was really clean. the bar is cool, and the food they serve is delicious! We had one of our most comfortable stays in a long time. 🌿
